Brightwater Project - Site and construction activities

Construction will take place at five sites; the treatment plant site, and four portals in Bothell, Shoreline, Kenmore, and at Point Wells. Construction began in the late 2005 and is scheduled to be completed in 2010. The following links provide details on activities at these sites.

Treatment Plant Construction

The Portals:

Information for Marine Outfall construction will be posted here when construction is scheduled.
