Green Buildings B.C.
This site provides information on the facilitation of British Columbia's initiative on Green Building. It targets both new and existing facilities through two related programs: New Buildings Program and Retrofit. These programs were recently initiated to develop a policy for the integration of green building principles and practices into the design of provincially-funded buildings. This site documents their processes utilized to undertake the initiative and includes the following categories: Program Overview, Pilot Projects, Performance Targets, Design Process, Reporting Structure, Resources, and many other useful documents. The Guide to Green Buildings Resources is a very large Web resource guide-this encompasses all aspects of development and sustainable building. The Case Studies section of the Web site lists several detailed examples of buildings in B.C. that have incorporated sustainable features.
Santa Monica Construction & Design Guidelines

Sustainable Decision Guide For City of Saint Paul Facilities
This site was developed by the City of Saint Paul and includes a set of tools that can be used to facilitate the application of principles of sustainable development to new buildings, additions, remodeling, restoration, and maintenance (the Sustainable Design Checklist, in particular, is a tool to assist project teams in defining and prioritizing sustainable design goals). It is the intent that this work will be accessible to individuals at any phase of a municipal project, whether starting a new design project or setting up maintenance schedules in an existing facility.
