Best Management Practices workshops offered for livestock owners

The King Conservation District is offering three workshops for livestock owners on Best Management Practices (BMPs), which are detailed in the King County Livestock Management Ordinance. Workshop participants will receive one-on-one guidance from District Farm Planners and Technicians on designing, constructing and implementing BMPs to meet their specific circumstances. Livestock owners may attend one, two, or all three workshops. This valuable assistance is offered free of charge. Training will be at the King Conservation District (935 Powell Ave., Renton).
