But you don't have to dress up like a marinated vegetable to get a price break at the oldest county fair west of the Mississippi and the Puget Sound's first county fair of the summer. From kids to seniors to active military personnel, the King County Fair is offering a passel of discounts and promotions to the 141st annual event, set July 16-20. A special discount or promotion is available every day of the fair, including free admission to seniors (July 16), free admissions for kids (July 17), unlimited rides deals, a free breakfast, and much more. Below is a full list of King County Fair discounts and promotions: SENIOR DAY FREE admission Wednesday, July 16 FAMILY DAY Admission for two adults and two children or one adult and three children for $18 Sunday, July 20 SAFEWAY BREAKFAST Free Safeway breakfast with Safeway coupon along with free admission only from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 16 KING PICKLE CONTEST DAY Free admission between 10 a.m. and noon if you are dressed as a pickle.
