Construction means brief road closure within King County’s Marymoor Park, Aug. 14

A portion of Northeast Marymoor Way, which winds through King County's Marymoor Park, will briefly close during a four-hour construction period Tuesday, Aug. 14.

Access to the park and all of its facilities will not be interrupted during the closure, which is necessary to allow crews to install an irrigation supply line. All parking lots and facilities will be open during the road closure but, no traffic will be allowed through the construction site from either direction.

Northeast Marymoor Way runs between West Lake Sammamish Parkway and Northeast 65th Street. The closure will be at a work site located just west of the interpretive lot entrance, and just east of the paved path that runs north-south between soccer fields 5 and 6.
