Repairs to bridge lead to temporary closure of Snoqualmie Valley Trail segment

Bridge repair work along the Snoqualmie Valley Trail near Carnation next week will temporarily close a portion of the trail to all users, March 10-31.

The work is occurring on a bridge ¾-mile west of the Fay Road – State Route 203 intersection, approximately four miles north of Carnation. Trail users will not be able to cross the bridge during the repair work, and should either delay their use of that portion of the trail, or find an alternate route.

Caution tape and warning signs will be in place during construction. Information signs will also be posted in the vicinity at entry points north and south of the bridge.

More information on the repair project is available by contacting project manager Jason Rich, at 206-263-7314.
