Green Festival: King County experts will show you that ‘it’s easy being green’

Stop by King County’s educational pavilion at the Green Festival, April 12-13 at Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, and meet local experts who can show you how “it’s easy being green.”

The pavilion will provide an interactive experience with county experts and hands-on demonstrations on how easy it is to: Recycle, green-up your ride, volunteer, reduce your carbon footprint and make your home and garden greener.

Experts will provide tips and be available to answer questions on a range of environmentally-friendly choices, like what to consider when purchasing a hybrid vehicle, how to garden “green,” commuting greener by using public transit instead of driving alone, green building and much more.
