King County Fair entices families with good clean fun & terrific low price!
Fair scones, root beer floats, baby animals and three stages of top shelf entertainment are on tap at the 143rd King County Fair, continuing today through Sunday in Enumclaw. New to the fair this year are a Root Beer Float Garden, offering $1 floats all day long, and a Children's Corner, where kids will find free crafts, games and activities. The fair also welcomes the family of Enumclaw NASCAR phenomenon Kasey Kahne with a merchandise booth and Kahne-autographed raffle prizes. Included in the admission price is access to all the shows, with entertainment scheduled on three different stages. General admission prices are $7 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-12, and $5 for seniors 62 and over. Hours for the fair are: July 22 & 23 (Fri & Sat) -- 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.; July 24 (Sun) -- 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. To learn more about the 2005 King County Fair, visit our Web site at www.metrokc.gov/fair.
