and request to be added to the list (please specific whether you
would like to be on the listserve, mailing list, or both). You
will receive notifications of public meetings and project milestones
and decisions.

We Have Heard Your Comments
Since January 2004, project team members have been meeting with
property owners, individuals and groups that may be affected by
this project. We have incorporated comments into the conceptual
design and will continue to listen as design proceeds.
