Phase	Flow being relased from Mud Mountain Dam	Description	Condition
1	2,500 c.f.s.	Internal Alert
2	6,000 c.f.s.	Minor Flooding	Red Creek area residents may experience overtopped roads and high water.
3	8,000 c.f.s.	Moderate Flooding	Red Creek area residents may experience dangerous high velocities, debris flow, and residential flooding.
4	12,000 c.f.s.	Extreme Flooding	Significant overbank flooding is likely to occur, possibly inundating areas of SR 410 and Sumner. Area residents may experience dangerous high velocities and debris flow. Damages may occur at fish hatchery.
