Meet the Commissioners

Roger Calhoon Nancy Hutto George Irwin Larry Pickering Judy Taylor Operates a mixed vegetable farm in the Sammamish Valley and is involved in U-pick and on-farm marketing. Operates an apiary based in the North Bend area and sells directly through mail order, farmers markets and fairs. Operates a cattle ranch in the Enumclaw area and markets the animals mainly as breeding stock. Lives on farm in the Snoqualmie Valley and is a veterinarian for the equine industry. Operates a small livestock farm in the upper Green River Valley and uses the fiber from her animals to make finished rugs and wall hangings. Bob Tidball Ben Kodama Micheale Blakely Ewing Stringfellow Grant Davidson Operates a small U-pick berry farm near Kent and has been a strong advocate for farmland preservation. Now retired from producing greenhouse ornamentals, Ben brings a rich history of farming in this region. Operates a mixed organic vegetable/animal farm in the Snoqualmie Valley. She operates a CSA and sells at many local farmers markets. Operates a U-Cut Christmas tree farm and grass fed cattle ranch in North Bend. Manages several farmers markets in Woodinville, Lake Forest Park, Kirkland and Bellevue.

Ward Roney
Has farmed in the Snoqualmie valley for many years. Ward brings a wealth of experience and knowledge about farming in the County.
