Weed Identification Help
Are you concerned about that mystery plant growing in your pasture? Or wonder if that new garden flower taking over your backyard or your pond is a noxious weed?

We offer several ways to help you identify plants:

  • Send quality digital pictures by email
  • Mail us a plant (in a sealed plastic bag with a DRY paper towel, including information to contact you)
  • Contact us and we will come out for a site visit
  • To report a weed site via the Web, use our infestation report form
All brochures, handouts and site visits are free. Program offices are located at 201 S. Jackson St., Suite 600, Seattle, WA 98104. To contact a staff member at the King County Noxious Weed Control Program, please call 206-296-0290 or reach them by email.

Please direct questions & comments regarding noxious weeds to Program Staff, King County Noxious Weed Control Program.

For questions about the
Water and Land Resources Web Site, please contact Fred Bentler, webmaster.
