Grant Programs

There are five grant programs available through the Grant Exchange, which are summarized below. For full guidelines for each program, click on links.

Most programs have different types of grants, determined by the amount of the request. Smaller grants, up to $2,500, are not competitive, have no deadlines, and have a simpler application process.

Wild Places in City Spaces (formerly Urban Reforestation and Habitat Restoration)
Urban Wildlife Habitat, Reforestation up to $2,499 Small Change Inside Urban Growth Area of King County and incorporated cities

On-Site Spill "First Aid" Response

Development and dissemination of a job site spill response protocol for minor spills

Up to $10,000 Competitive Must primarily benefit King County
