About This Report

Report Cover: Lake Washington Existing Conditions ReportAs part of its mission to protect and restore water quality, the Water and Lands Resources Division studied water quality trends and conditions in Lake Washington from 1990 to 2001. The attached report summarizes lake conditions and how Lake Washington has responded to human activities that have changed the watershed, amount of nutrients entering the lake, interactions with other parts of the lake environment, and seasonal or year to year variability.
