It's Salmon SEEson!

Fall is here, and salmon are returning to streams and rivers around the Puget Sound. See these natural beauties and be inspired by their seasonal journey home at spots around the Greater Lake Washington Watershed!


Follow the salmon up the Cedar River this fall!

Take part in the 10th Annual "Cedar River Salmon Journey" this fall -- and bring the kids! Come see bright red spawning sockeye salmon and learn about them and the Cedar River. Volunteer naturalists will be stationed at four sites to answer your questions.

Dates: October 13, 20, 21, 27 and 28 and November 3 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Locations: Renton Library, Riverview Park, Cavanaugh Pond and Landsburg Park. Carpool if you can – these sites have limited parking.
