Program Library > Initial Basin Planning, 1999-2003 > Planning Tools To help navigate the CSI program and the associated technical documents, the tools (with descriptions) below can be downloaded to assist you. CSI System Planning Tools:Tabula Rasa: Download this cost estimating software and use it to perform cost estimating with CSI technical reports. Cost Estimate and Cost Parameter Reports: These reports are the basis for estimating planning level cost for conveyance improvements like pipes, tunnels, pump stations and trenchless technology. GeoMapNW (formerly the Seattle-Area Geologic Mapping Project) (external link): The goal of this University of Washington-centered project is to develop a detailed understanding and representation of the distribution of geologic materials on and beneath the surface of areas around the central Puget Sound area. The County Wastewater Treatment Division is a partner with others, including the City of Seattle and US Geology Services, providing updated geologic databases, and a new series of geologic maps, throughout the Regional Wastewater Service Planning area. Facility One-lines: These system maps identify the King County regional wastewater conveyance system. They are available on CD by request. Contact Shaun O'Neil by e-mail or by phone at 206-684-1671 for more information. Maps: the following maps are of the King County Wastewater Service System and the CSI subregional planning areas:
