Notes: Contract 1 Construction of a 6,300 foot long, 14'8" inside diameter tunnel, construction of three tunnels under the railroad tracks between Elliot Avenue West and Myrtle Edwards Park and mass excavation of the site for the Elliott West Control Facility. The tunnel will go from the West side of Elliott Avenue West, passing under Mercer Street along its length and ending in the vicinity of Lake Union at the intersection of 8th and Roy Streets. Contract 2 Construction of a pump station and Combined Sewer Overflow treatment facility.
