Contract 1
Mercer Street Tunnel

Construction of a 6,300 foot long, 14'8" inside diameter tunnel, construction of three tunnels under the railroad tracks between Elliot Avenue West and Myrtle Edwards Park and mass excavation of the site for the Elliott West Control Facility. The tunnel will go from the West side of Elliott Avenue West, passing under Mercer Street along its length and ending in the vicinity of Lake Union at the intersection of 8th and Roy Streets. The Bidding information, construction cost estimate, and construction period are presented in the table above.


Contract 2
Elliott West CSO Control Facility

Construction of a pump station and Combined Sewer Overflow treatment facility. Project location will be west of Elliott Avenue West at the intersection of Mercer Avenue and Elliott Avenue West. The Bidding information, construction cost estimate, and construction period are presented in the table above.



Contract 3 Marine Outfalls

Construction of the Denny Way Outfall Extension and the Elliott West Outfall. Project location will be in the near shore area in the vicinity of the Denny Way Regulator Station at the South end of Myrtle Edwards Park. The Bidding information, construction cost estimate, and construction period are presented in the table above.


Contract 4
Elliott West Pipelines

Construction of CSO and Effluent Pipelines and various connections to the outfalls, Elliott Bay Interceptor, Denny Way Regulator Station and Denny Way Diversion Structure. Installation of various art and landscaping features in Myrtle Edwards Park. The Bidding information, construction cost estimate, and construction period are presented in the table above.


Contract 5
South Lake Union Pipelines

Construction of CSO pipelines, diversion structures and regulator structures in the vicinity of South Lake Union. The Bidding information, construction cost estimate, and construction period are presented in the table above.
