Elliott West Pipelines

The Elliott West Pipelines Contract consists of the following elements:

  • 96-inch-diameter reinforced-concrete effluent pipeline with all associated manholes and other structures.
  • 84-inch-diameter low-pressure reinforced concrete and 72-inch-diameter reinforced-concrete CSO pipeline with all associated manholes and other structures.

Construction of these pipelines and following park paths and landscape restoration were completed in fall 2003. Myrtle Edwards and Elliott Bay parks are now fully reopened to the public.
