This Quarterly Report for the King County Fuel Cell Demonstration Project provides performance data and information about the experience gained from the operating the fuel cell. The Quarterly Reports will be submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency throughout the two-year demonstration period, April 2004 – April 2006. The demonstration period has two objectives:
