Background:
The Regional Wastewater Services Plan was adopted as Ordinance 13680 in November 1999 by the King County Council. Ordinance 13680 was codified in the King County Code (KCC) as Chapter 28.86 (.pdf file, Sept. '06). The entire text of the RWSP, including amendments made to Ordinance 13680 since its adoption are included in King County Code Chapter 28.86.010 through 28.86.180. 

Appendices A through M in the RWSP 2006 Comprehensive Review and Annual Report list all the RWSP policies and provides summary information on how each policy was implemented during 2004-2006.
